I just really enjoyed this for personal and creative reasons.
I found it especially cute when I discovered the leads literally just got married. I liked the 2nd lead male more than the female (again because I know guys like him).
With anime, you get your usually dose of Light Novel adaptions where a (nobody) boy finds himself in another world where he had to fight along with people he meets, or a failed idol show, or a school slice of life series that has no OTP. I do think the acting could be better with the people who weren't Korean (I mean, let's be real here.
With kdrama's, you get your usual dose of boring slice of life stories with little to no drama that run for over 16-20 episodes, when the show can easily be condensed into 3 episodes, and people start losing interests after episode 5. Some of them were just plain out terrible), but the storyline itself is just so humane.
The thief is injured during his capture and is sent to the hospital. He proves to her that he is a soldier with the help of army doctor Myeong-Joo (Kim Ji-Won).
Dae-Young realises his cellphone was stolen by the thief and goes to the hospital to retrieve his cellphone. Shi-Jin and Mo-Yeon begin to date, but due to their jobs their dates don't go well.
When Shi-Jin and Mo-Yeon meet again, they talk about their views on life and realise how different they are.
The only problem with DOTS as a drama (in my opinion), is that once you watch DOTS (And Goblin also), it's hard to watch other normal dramas and stick with them fully because their storylines just aren't as captivating, and you realize there's a big script quality drop with the romance, scenes, and storyline.more passionate kissing scenes please I love the show, i have watched it numerous time thanks to netflix, and each time it still makes me laugh, although as a medical personnel I do have to critique the CPR , and the IV pulling out , the arm does need to bleed when the IV is pulled out, you don't start an IV with a regular needle made for intramuscular shots and the part when the power goes out and "ventilator" is affected unless the patient is on a Bipap, the simple mask the pt. Now for the lacking parts I hate the character of Kim Eun-Ji (female doctor) she has an annoying voice and face.was on should not have affected the pt's breathing at all since the pt. See I watched the show so many time I actually picked out a lot of the medical oopsies. Also I hate they left out important details such as Daniel Spencer's back story aren't you curious?I still enjoy the drama and the way it just flowed from one drama to another , great writing kudos to the writers they did an amazing job !!!!!! this is one ofy fav drama..first when i watched ep1 i didn't like it..i thought it is also like typical love- story. They made his character so important that they forgot to explain why he choose to be a Volunteer Doctor, Also the back story of Agus/Argus aren't you also curious what made him go over to the dark side? So far, it is not because it focuses on the military that I am not enjoying it too much, but because of the cheesiness of it.Wen I first red the storyline it sounded lame to me. The leads are two mature adults, I understand, but when the first episode is ending with them literally having just met and an OST in the background going 'I love youu...' the relationship is hard to take seriously.
